CCISD manages the
International Development Research Centre (IDRC)-funded
Canadian Developing Country Program in Social Development Research under the Assessment of
Social Policy Reforms Initiative (ASPR).

the Program of Action of the World Summit for Social Development (WSSD) and supports initiatives to hold
